A member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA), Michelle is considered a global IP thought leader and remains the only lawyer in Australia to be invited to write for the Global Features Sub Committee, wherein her expertise with examining global trends in IP has been repeatedly put to use explaining said trends to other trade mark lawyers worldwide.

When your intellectual property is at stake, results matter. Michelle has won more than 90% of trade mark opposition cases in Australia alone, and has helped influence global precedents through cases won against the world's largest tech company.
